Finishing

Our in-house machine shop supports Melloy's "one stop solution" concept. CNC milling (Vertical and Horizontal) turning and high speed tapping and drilling enable a high level of competence in meeting customer requirements. The facility is supported with conventional machining equipment, purpose made machines, ball burnishing, shot blasting and heat treatment. The ability to supply a wide range of surface finishes from powder coating to plating combined with fully heat treated assemblies is further evidence of our one stop concept.
